As the adventure continues back on land, Chef David takes you this his Pacific Northwest cabin to walk you through, step by step, an unforgettable East-meets-Midwest live fire Dungeness crab recipe that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds. Prepared entirely over the Primo Ceramic Grills, this recipe infuses the delicate flavors of lime, fresh ginger, garlic cloves, red onion, leeks, parsley, and spring onion.
These ingredients come together in a harmonious dance, gently sautéed in the steaming pan. But, the braising/steaming liquid is where the magic truly happens, featuring seafood stock, mirin, black sesame seed oil, BLiS Gourmet smoked soy sauce and fish sauce, Taste of Sora Hot Honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. As the fragrant steam envelopes the crab, the flavors intensify, resulting in a dish that’s as delicious as it is visually stunning.
