-1/2 Mango (Sliced, Peeled)
-2 Shots Tequila
-4-6 Ice Cubes
-1 Tbsp Sugar
-1 Tbsp Lime Juice
-1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
-1/2 Tspn Mint Extract
-Optional Salt / Mint to Garnish
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Slice Mango in half, Length-wise.
-Lightly Butter Face of Mango & Apply directly Face-down to the HOT Grates of your Grill.
-Fire that Mango for 4-6min TOTAL, Turning 1/2 Rotation after 2-3min.
-Pull Mango from Grill & Cube.
-Place Cubed Mango & ALL Remaining Ingredients (except Salt) into Blender.
-Mix on High for 60-90 Seconds.
-Pour into Margarita Glass & Garnish with Salt around Rim of Glass.
